Natalia Rivera works with emergent bio and digital media, currently exploring the possibilities of digital technologies as symbiotic media for living entities and the creation of bio-digital interfaces. In the context of indeterminate/queer knowledge creation, their processes are undisciplined, open, collective, and collaborative, through the Mutante laboratory (Bogotá) and the global Suratómica Network. Co-organizer of the fourteen Creation - Art and Science Encounters. They studied Design at the UNAL Colombia and a Visual Communication Master at the New Media Class of the Berlin UdK. Their projects have been part of Ars Electronica Festival (Linz), ISEA International and International Image Festival (Manizales), SAVVY Contemporary (Berlin), Taiwan Arts Biennial (Taichung), and FASE (Buenos Aires). Participant and co-organizer of the Suratómica Residency at CERN laboratories (Geneva, Switzerland). Winner of the Golden Nica 2022 and Falling Walls 2023.
