The Mutante Space is a hybrid space for experimental education. Through creation laboratories, workshops, and theoretical courses that connect artistic creation practices and emerging digital and bio media, we want to open a space for encounter and co-creation that promotes the arts, life sciences, and technology in our region, outside traditional educational spaces and processes.

Based on the explorations we have carried out together with the Suratómica Network, we propose the encounter of diverse ways of knowing/understanding, situated and global, that intertwine, going beyond the disciplinary borders to create. Likewise, our processes are organic, evolutionary, mutant, outside of pre-established methodologies, to allow diversity to break through.
